The first annual Fort Wayne Big Band Jazz Festival was a HUGE success with 5 of the best area big bands playing some great swingin' sounds all afternoon! The festival was made possible by the wonderful and talented musicians that donated 100% of their time and talents in order to promote big band music in the Fort Wayne area!
The new Fort Wayne All-Star Big Band closed the show with a full house and ending with a STANDING OVATION from the terrific audience!
Thanks go out to the Allen County Public Library and especially to Stacey Pearson who were so generous in providing the outdoor and indoor venues for the festival.
